The cryptocurrency exchange AAX just suspended all operations, due to a system upgrade, today, 13 November 2022.
This is the message appearing right now on the home page of AAX.com:
System upgrade notification
The current system upgrades require our third-party partner to proofread and restore all users’ asset data. Due to the current market situation, the integration is taking longer than usual and is now in the queue to be completed within 7-10 days. We apologize for the inconvenience caused and will continue our best effort to resume regular activity.
No further information has been provided, and customers are starting to worry due to the current events happening in the crypto space.
A 7 to 10 days stop of all operations sounds like a lot of time.
Customers are not able to withdraw their money from the exchange.
