A new survey by Vacation Genie reveals that cryptocurrency owners are enthusiastic about buying travel with digital currencies:
- 56 percent of respondents currently use cryptocurrency to buy goods and services
- 20 percent currently buy travel with crypto
- 73 percent are likely to buy travel with crypto in the future
The biggest challenge for crypto holders is that few merchants accept digital currencies as payment. In the survey, 68 percent named that as their top issue with purchasing goods and services using crypto.
